Dana Hanna has been nationally recognized for her work as an advocate for the health and wellness of women. A sales and team leader in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries, she has always specialized in the field of Women's Health. She later found her passion in Nonprofit Development and Fundraising impacting the lives of women and girls in the Pittsburgh region. She serves as President of Women Leading Women, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower leadership and elevate lifestyle. Dana has experience running a successful network marketing business and loves how this platform helps to balance family and finances. Dana Hanna lives in Fox Chapel, PA with her husband and three children ages 15,14 and 10.

Sasha K. Shillcutt, MD, MS, FASE is a Tenured Professor and the Vice Chair of Strategy and Innovation in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Sasha CEO & Founder of Brave Enough, a well-published researcher in cardiac anesthesiology and gender equity, cardiac anesthesiologist, author, and international speaker. In 2016, Sasha was awarded the national American Medical Associations Women Physician’s Inspiring Physician Award by her peers. Sasha’s greatest passion is empowering and encouraging others to achieve well being in their professional and personal lives. She speaks frequently to executives and leaders on the topics of professional resilience and gender equity. Her TEDx talk titled Resilience: The Art of Failing Forward has been viewed by thousands of people. Her writing has been published in both the New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA. She leads conferences and retreats for professional women through her organization, Brave Enough. Her first book, Between Grit and Grace: How to be Feminine and Formidable, was released in February 2020. She is a board certified Anesthesiologist, and has been an NIH-funded researcher through the National Institute of Aging. She is a Board Examiner for the American Board of Anesthesiology and holds national leadership positions in the Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiology and serves on the National Board of Echocardiography.

Shawna Butler is a nurse economist and tech enthusiast. As the creator of the EntrepreNURSE-in-Residence role at Radboud University Medical Center (Netherlands) and part of the Exponential Medicine team at Singularity University (US), Shawna works with the pioneers in the thick of integrating robotics, 3D printing, drones, AI, blended reality, voice recognition, digital humans, big data and sensors into our health solutions and lifestyles. Her clinical experience includes emergency, cardiac, and critical care in large university and small community hospitals, international medical flight transport, and workplace health promotion services. Butler’s various roles have taken her to New Zealand, Netherlands, UK, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Finland, Sweden, and Canada and given her an unusually broad understanding of health care systems, social challenges, and policy. She has given talks and served on panels at many high profile events including the first all-nurse SXSW Panel focused on transforming healthcare, the Biden Cancer Initiative Summit, Aspen Ideas Festival, XPRIZE, HIMSS Europe, and more.

Dr. Nancy Yen Shipley is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, fellowship-trained in sports medicine and arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee. She is also a team physician for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard team. Dr. Yen Shipley is passionate about sharing her path to medicine with others, in particular our next generation of future physicians. She writes and speaks about these topics in addition to bone and joint issues, and has developed an online curriculum for those that want to be more and do more with their lives. As a mother and a surgeon, she is a mentor and champion for women and diversity in surgical specialties, and brings awareness to this through speaking engagements and an active online presence. She has been a featured contributor on KevinMD.com, called “a must-read blog” by Rebecca Ruiz of Forbes, among multiple other online sources of medical news. She is the hosts and creator of the podcast “The 6%” where she interviews pioneering women who work, innovate and lead in professions traditionally populated by men.

In her free time, Dr. Yen Shipley enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, stand up paddle boarding, playing tennis, emceeing charitable events and enjoying the great outdoors and the great food in her adopted hometown of Portland.

Natalie Bencivenga is a journalist, media personality and former SEEN editor at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. She co-produced and co-hosted the mid-Atlantic Emmy nominated biweekly webshow: Setting the SEEN. A licensed social worker, she pens the digitally nationally syndicated weekly advice column, Ask Natalie at UExpress.com, the home of Dear Abby and Miss Manners. Her column debuted at number three on the site. Prior to being an advice columnist, she ran her own online lifestyle magazine for five years and worked as a licensed mobile therapist, with her master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She was also accepted to medical school in 2007 but deferred her seat to follow her creative passions. She also runs a small digital media consulting company and works with clients from all over the country.

In this episode Dr. Vonda Wright discusses 4 steps to body, brains and bliss! 

Vonda Wright is an orthopaedic surgeon and internationally recognized authority on active aging and mobility. She specializes in sports medicine and serves as the Chief of Sports Medicine for the Northside Hospital Orthopedic Institute in Atlanta. An “Intra-preneur” she previously served as the inaugural Medical Director of the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex and founding director of the Performance and Research Initiative for Masters Athletes (PRIMA). Dr. Wright’s pioneering research in musculoskeletal aging and mobility is changing the way we view and treat the aging process. 

In 2013, Dr. Wright ignited a national conversation on women’s health by launching the Women's Health Conversations movement with the belief that today’s generation of women can transform our nation’s health for the betterment of all women and the world. The platform grew to include large live events, an online community generating more than 6 million digital exposures surrounding the events and a health innovation experience for millennials. 

Dr. Wright regularly appears regularly in national TV, print and online media and is called upon to speak worldwide on topics of aging and longevity, healthcare innovation, women’s health and leadership. She has authored four books, Fitness After 40- “Your Strong Body at 40, 50, 60 and Beyond,” “Guide to THRIVE: 4 steps to Body, Brains & Bliss,” and “Younger in 8 weeks” and “Masterful Care of the Aging Athlete.” 

Dr. Wright holds Bachelors degrees from Wheaton College and Rush University, a Master’s of science in Oncology Nursing from Rush University and a medical degree from the University of Chicago. She completed her residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh and a fellowship in sports and shoulder surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Raised on a farm in Kansas, Dr Wright lives with her husband, 2x Stanley Cup Champion, Peter Taglianetti and their blended family of 6 children in Atlanta.
